On request we provide a  baby cot for a small child, free of charge.

Mountain Chalet: as it is a self catering unit, it is possible to ask a quotation breakfast excluded.

To make sure bookings, we require 50% deposit in advance of the total accommodation.
In case of 1 night bookings, we will ask a deposit of the full amount.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations to be in writing, by fax or e-mail .
Cancellation fee is a percentage of full accommodation account  as follows:

- from booking confirmation until 30 days prior to arrival 25%  of total costs.
- 29-15 days prior to arrival 50% of total costs, in case of 1 night the full amount
- 14- 8 days prior to arrival 70% of total costs, in case of 1 night the full amount
- 7-0 days prior to arrival 100% of total costs,
- Early departure 100% of total costs.

CHECK IN between 14.00 and 18.00. Should you want to check in earlier or later, please let us know in advance.

CHECK OUT within 11.00 am.
